Boasting strong natural lighting and an open floor plan, the main floor welcomes household living with space to spread out. The backyard has uneven stairs leading to the patio from the dock. Use caution.

While fishing is allowed, HOA rules prohibit guest water access (no swimming, boating or water sports allowed).
