De medewerkers zijn alle bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam maar het hotel zelf is een beetje vergaande glorie. De thema kamers vielen wel wat tegen en het ontbijt was ook niet geweldig te noemen. Ik begrijp dat door de komst van een ander hotel deze wat weg is gezakt in kwaliteit

Een prima hotel, juist ook met kinderen.

Een prima hotel, zowel met als zonder kinderen. Behalve dat al het personeel zeer vriendelijk is; hebben ze ook een grote speelkamer of speelzaal op de begane grond. Het ontbijt is goed. Het is een hotel waar ik graag kom, zowel met mijn familie alsook alleen. De coronaperiode is gebruikt om alles een uitstraling als nieuw te geven. Het grote ligbad op pootjes is geweldig.

Gastvrij en zeer klantvriendelijk; super bediening

Bovenaan staat de bediening van de 2 jongedames Sara en Katrien van het Restaurant: ze zijn zeer betrokken bij hun gasten. Toppers! Het ontbijt is ook prima. De dames en heer van de Receptie alle lof voor hun klantvriendelijkheid. Goede ligging van het hotel naar Sneek of de regio. Een aanrader!

Hotel was ok for 1 night, because of the hot weather the rooms were far from comfortable due to the lack of AC in the room. Beds were also not that comfortable. Very nice staff and rooms and bathroom were clean.

DECEPÇÃO PROFUNDA COM UM PAÍS DE 1° MUNDO

Se há coisas na vida em nos arrependemos, uma dessas foi nos hospedarmos em um lugar onde um dos funcionários é LADRÃO. Quando do Check out esquecemos no quarto um IPad mini (rastreável) que caiu entre a cama e a parede e uma pochete com pouco mais de 5.000 Euros, que foi colocada na gaveta do criado mudo. Pouco menos de 01 hora depois notamos a falta ao abastecer o carro, voltamos a recepção do hotel e prontamente nos entregaram o IPad, como disse rastreável, e ao questionar sobre o dinheiro nos disseram que nada mais foi achado. Fui até o quarto e nada encontrei na gaveta. Deixei número do celular e e-mail para contato e pela internet um amigo ajudou-me a registrar Boletim de Ocorrência na Policia. Até agora nenhum contato do gerente do hotel ou da policia...

Ikke 4 stjernes hotell, men 2 stjernes hotell

Dette var dårlig og simple greier for å være 4 stjernes Hotel. Ikke var det kjøleskap eller mulig å lage seg te eller kaffe på rommet. Elendig renhold og frokost. Dette er etter min meningen toppen 2 stjernes Hotel. Det var langt fra sentrum. Det var langt over det som er oppgitt på informasjon om avstand fra Sentrum. Sneek er uansett et lite koselig plass i Nederland.
