Renovated in 2024, this sophisticated condo overlooks the resort courtyard and pools from an intimate perspective; so close as to be touching. Open and airy, with soothing natural light and tasteful design style, you will feel instantly relaxed and pampered at Summer Winds II. Indulge in upgraded furniture, appliances, and fixtures: this lovely condo is our premiere unit in the resort, designed for a peaceful and luxurious beach escape.  



Villa Capriani is constructed in the shape of a U, and within the picturesque multi-level courtyard there are palm trees, large sun decks, three swimming pools, one with a waterfall, two hot tubs and a baby pool. The Villa boasts the largest swimming pool on the North Carolina Coast. Splash by the Sea restaurant is located on site. The Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant. North Topsail Beach is a quiet family-oriented beach where the focus is the beach and sun. The beaches are never crowded even in the middle of the summer season and there is never heavy traffic. North Topsail Beach has breathtaking beaches, and you are sure to find treasure on the beach or in the quaint shops on Topsail Island. Your stay at the Villa Capriani, no matter how long or short, will be one that you will forever treasure. North Topsail Beach Town Park is a mile away and has tennis & basketball courts, a small playground, and a walking trail. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is a quick 8-minute drive over the bridge.

Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Please adhere to posted parking rules: first come, first serve parking lot spots, use overflow guest parking across the street if necessary.



Property Level: we are a one bedroom condo on the first floor of the building.

Living Room: queen sofa sleeper, upholstered side chair, credenza, smart TV, chair, oceanfront balcony.

Oceanfront Balcony: Adirondack pub chairs, pub table.

Kitchen: granite countertops, stainless deep sink with pull spray faucet, stainless refrigerator/freezer, microwave, drop in electric range, premiere cabinetry.

Dining Area: dining table seats 2. Bar seating for 3 additional.

Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single solid surface vanity, toilet, ensuite access from Primary Bedroom Suite.

Laundry: stacked full-size washer and dryer.

Primary Bedroom Suite: dual adjustable king-size bed with 2 twin XL mattresses, TV with cable and apps. Rollaway twin not advertised but available. Bring your own sheets or request a set from Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City. 



Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)  



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities

No Smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. 



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:  

No pets are allowed with travelers. Villa Capriani has a strict policy that only condo owners are allowed to bring pets. 



Cancellation Policy:

- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking

- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit

- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.
