Step into this charming, well-appointed unit where coastal elegance meets comfort, creating the perfect space for your beach getaway. This newly updated condo is beautifully furnished, featuring stylish coastal accents, new flooring, upgraded cabinetry, and modern appliances in the fully equipped kitchen.
This unit offers two bedrooms and can sleep a total of six guests. The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tile shower. The second bedroom offers an additional queen-size bed and a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom provides an abundance of natural light, television and access to a private covered balcony, offering uninterrupted views of the ocean and the calming sounds of the waves. The outside heated, covered pool is located below the unit, making access a breeze.
Pack light for your stay! There is a washer/dryer, and ALL bed linens and bath towels are provided.
(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.
ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week-long stay.
The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of cabinetry for storage. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal, you'll find everything you need, from cooking utensils to cookware. The open design ensures you can enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean and the company of your guests while you prepare meals.
The bright and airy living room provides plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the panoramic vistas through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The couch pulls out to an additional queen size bed to accommodate two guests. The dining area, seating four, invites you to gather and dine after a day of fun in the sun. There is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar, as well as on the covered balcony.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck while taking in a sunrise or bask in the sunshine, listen to the waves, and feel the refreshing ocean breeze. Head down to the community’s exclusive beach access, and explore miles of serene, unspoiled beaches just a few steps away or relax poolside.
