Welcome to Bermuda Landing, a waterfront community with pool, sound side fishing pier and gazebo, and a kayak/paddle board launch right out the back door, where you can see river otters and blue herons. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this stunning location, where you can bask in the beauty of Topsail sunsets from not one, but two spacious sound-facing decks with a nice Margarita with a salted rim! As soon as you step foot into this waterfront home, you'll instantly feel the laid-back vibes of island living. Inside, you'll find nautical colors, comfy furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen for making meals at home, and you can even al fresco dining on the ocean side deck!



Ground Level:

Gazebo and Fishing Pier on the Sound. Pool. Beach Access one and a half blocks. Parking for 2 vehicles. 

Storage garage with beach equipment to share with guest. Seating vignette with TV, extra drinks or seafood refrigerator. Stairwell to Entry porch, second interior stairwell to kitchen.



Level 2: (We are a two story condo up one level off the ground.)

Entry Deck: pub chairs for 3, pub table, gated for small children.

Living Room: sofa and soft side chairs seating for 5. Cocktail table, ceiling fan.

Dining Room: dining table seating 4, wall mounted Smart TV.

Kitchen: granite countertops, double stainless sink with deep pot spray faucet, stainless refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric range, dishwasher, fully equipped with dishware and cookware. 

Laundry Closet: washer and dryer.

Hallway Bathroom: Step-in shower, single granite top vanity, toilet.

Queen Guest Room: Queen Bed, wicker armoire and nightstands, Smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite sun deck 

Ocean-Side Ensuite Covered Deck: pub table vignette for 4 plus 2 side chairs.



Level 3:

Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed, chest, nightstands, wall mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bath, ensuite deck.

Primary Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, single granite vanity, toilet.

Primary Ocean Side Sun Deck: 2 Adirondack pub chairs

Bedroom: Queen Bed, Bench Seat, Dresser, Nightstands, Shiplap Ceiling with Ceiling Fan. Ensuite Sundeck with seating for 4.

Shared Hallway Bathroom: Bathtub and Shower, Single Quartz Top Vanity, Toilet

Kids Bunkroom: Two twin over twin bunkbeds with storage drawers under each



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:

- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs

- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice: 

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
