Featuring high-end amenities and modern luxuries, this 8-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home is perfect for a beach retreat with all of your family and friends as it accommodates 18 guests. Located directly on Topsail Sound and directly across from the ocean, you'll love the best of both worlds on your beach retreat. However, the best is yet to come! Enjoy the pool and hot tub that is maintained year-round!

Inside, prepare to be welcomed by the open living area on the second level, which features ample seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to an ocean-view balcony! The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, a large island with seating for 6, and is the perfect place to prepare vacation meals. The dining area features a large dining table with seating for 12.

On the first level, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, Smart TV, access to a first-floor balcony with ocean views, and an attached bathroom. The attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, access to an ocean-view balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Week at the Beach

Our family has done a beach vacation together for years. We are three generations, 18 total and stay for a week.We have stayed in many different beach houses over the years so here is a synopsis comparing this house from our experience. Pro's' of the house. The house is new. The rooms accommodated us well. The dining table was large and there is a table with chairs on the front deck also. The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes and cooking equipment but nothing extra. No wine glasses, No baking equipment. It had a keurig machine for coffee. No coffee machine. The view off the back deck is very peaceful and beautiful. The path to the beach is right across the street. Con's You will need to cross a fairly busy street to get to the beach.If you are sleeping in the rooms that face the beach, you will hear the cars from the street. We have rented beachfront homes in the past that are peaceful to sit on the front deck and look at the ocean. This home has views of the ocean from the front decks but we did not find it peaceful as there was the busy road between you and the ocean. There are no beach chairs, umbrellas or toys at the house so make sure you bring whatever you will need for the beach. Overall the beach house was nice. Not our favorite though.

Family reunion

Excellent location. This is a new unit. The pool was not very clean, people came to service it three times during the week. The jacuzzi water was not very clean either. Some fixtures in the bathrooms need to be added. Overall, a very nice unit.
