Oceanfront! North Topsail Beachfront Condo with Pool and Balcony

This comfy second-floor 1 BR condo on North Topsail Beach is oceanfront with balcony ocean views and is steps to the beach on North Topsail Island away from the hustle and bustle. The complex has a pool open seasonally.

Perfect for a small family or couple, it sleeps 4 with a Sleep Number queen bed in master (adjust to your liking), 2 bunks in the hall for little ones.

We offer the conveniences and additional safety features of a Smart Home system - smart door lock (no keeping up with a key), thermostat, smoke detectors, water sensors and upgraded wifi, Google Home, and smart TV for streaming.

You can watch the fishing boats from the balcony and then take a short drive to get fresh catch to cook up in the fully-equipped kitchen. We've even left you a few cookbooks for inspiration.

In this primarily residential part of North Topsail island, the kids can play on the beach or the pool and couples can take a stroll on the beach under stars away from the bright lights and tourist traps - and the fishing is great from the surf, the sound, or the pier 2 miles away.

A short drive over the big bridge takes you to shopping and dining in Sneads Ferry. Drive down the beach to Surf City for more shopping, dining and entertainment, jet ski or kayak rentals. There are several boats that offer cruises around the island or out to Lea Island for shelling.

Nearby Wilmington (35 miles) offers more fun and entertainment, fine dining, ghost tours (!), and a battleship to tour. Jacksonville is also a short 20-minute drive for more shopping and dining options.

North Topsail Beach is known for shells, shark's teeth, turtle nestings, dolphins in the surf, and an occasional whale sighting during migration. Here, the sky is dark and the moon is bright and you can see all the stars at night. Watch the sun rise over the ocean and then see it set over the sound. Bring some binoculars to watch the fishing boats or ships on the horizon.

Things to know -
No pets. Not just our unit, but the entire complex.
Our unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you'll have to climb 2 flights of stairs.
All sheets and towels are provided at no additional cost.
We even have some beach towels, chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and some sand toys, so you don't have to lug them from home or buy them.

Great place

This unit was in a great location! It was stocked with everything you could need both in the kitchen and the living space. It was super clean and just steps from the beach. This unit is great for a couple and small child. Our teen is about to outgrow those hallway bunks. Highly recommend!

Clean and beautifully decorated condo. Linen service was very appreciated. It was perfect for our family of 3. Our 8 year old loved hanging out in the bunks with her toys and books. View of the ocean/beach from the balcony was great!

A perfect beach stay for our little family!

We loved staying at Rebecca's beach front condo. Rebecca was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to my questions. The space had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked (we cooked each night). The extra linens and beach towels were so appreciated! The view is beautiful and the balcony is shaded and perfect for relaxing on in the evenings. The distance to the beach is super short and we loved having the pool to play in each day. The area is quiet and not overly crowded, the beach itself is perfection, especially at low tide. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a laid back, family friend, beach vacation.

Wonderful Momcation

I visit Topsail yearly with my son. This year me and my bestie took a Momcation. The condo was wonderful, had everything we needed, and was in a great place. Even during high tide we were able to access the beach safely and enjoy time on the beach. My past stays further North on the island, the beach was not safely accessible during high tide. We enjoyed our stay, and the location. Rebecca was wonderful, reaching out to make sure everything was as expected. Hope to stay here for future beach vacations. Topsail Island never disappoints 😊

Beautiful location

Close to the beach. This was our first time at North topsail Beach. It was a great location if you want to be close to the sand. And also have a pool, which is very important to us. The property itself was very nice. The kitchen is the only area for improvement. I found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard and threw out a bunch of very expired food. I had to stop myself because I was on holiday today. It was not there to clean lol I would also suggest a room darkening curtain over the bedroom window. Besides those minor issues we had a great time.

See my review from 2022. If you want beachfront and 30 second walk to the sand, this place is perfect. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. I love sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean while reading and snacking. Hope to return next year!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's beachfront retreat! This is our second stay in the Topsail Dunes complex and equally enjoyable as the first! We greatly appreciated all of the amenities and full kitchen of spices, tools, and appliances. The "smart home" features were also helpful - even the front door lock! The access to the beach is phenomenal and we fully recommend this great space for your family getaway!

Very easy staying in this incredible beachfront unit!

Perfect condo for small families or couples. The sound and view of the waves crashing the beach are always second to none. Well stocked kitchen and very convenient smart lock so the keys can be left in the unit. The owner was very responsive although there were no issues during the stay. Well stocked kitchen and large fridge for storing food for the week. 10 minutes to the beach shops and grocery options. If arriving early for your stay, there is a public parking lot that is free with bathrooms next to the condo property. You can take your stuff to the beach and check in later. The pool is also nice sized and in the lot, there is a large recreational area with grills, a basketball court, cornhole etc. The condo property was clean and well kept. 30-45 seconds from the front condo door to the first step on the beach. Property and owner were both top notch.

Overall, great experience. It was like going to a family members place. It had endless household goods, plates, utensils, spices, soaps, extra extra towels, sand toys, umbrellas. You literally only had to bring your bag of clothes. It was great. We are planning on staying here again next year. Very very close to the water, seashells everywhere. Found sharks teeth, the pool was clean and close. 5 stars

Perfect for our small family.

Rebecca's condo was absolutely perfectly for our family of 3! She has really thought of everything with this rental. A well stocked kitchen with anything you could want to cook with. A linen closet with extra towels, bags, and coolers. The balcony is has great lighting with sun in the mornings but shaded in the afternoons, also a storage box filled with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Rebecca is a fantastic host that is responsive and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations! 10/10!

Fantastic Stay!

My husband and I had a great stay at Rebecca's condo! It was clean and had plenty of kitchen items for the little bit of cooking we did. We especially appreciated the beach chairs so we could sit on the beach and the cooler to take with us when we got groceries. Rebecca's condo description is accurate and we would stay here again! Simply amazing!

The owner is super easy to work with and the property is so well stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, herbs and spices in the kitchen and many other amenities that make it feel like home. We have stayed here three years running and we will definitely be back!
