Make your beach vacation dreams come true in this beautifully furnished and decorated, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home situated on a quiet street. The large floor to ceiling doors and windows of the living area and two large ocean facing decks offer incredible, unobstructed views of the ocean and sandy, white beaches. Sunbathe on the top deck or feel the ocean breezes in the shade of the lower deck - whichever you choose, it's sure to be relaxing.

The living and dining spaces are on the top floor, providing optimal views of the ocean from every window, or step outside onto the large sundeck to dine or relax. The large kitchen includes counter seating for extra dining space, while the dining table seats 6. From your kitchen window you can see for miles down the beach as you prepare tasty meals. The comfortably furnished living room boasts a large picture window and two sliding doors, filling the space with sunshine and warming the natural wood floors.

Sweet Dreams: Linens (Bed and Bath) are not included. Linens are available for rent through Ward Realty.

House was great. Super close to the beach, nicely furnished plus amazing deck space. The downside is the place was not well cleaned so we bought supplies and spent an hour getting it in shape. The vacuum needs replacing as it is useless. Other than that was excellent

Mold from Hades!!

The home was in a great location. The property is across the street from the beach, with a public access just 20 feet from the driveway. The photos are accurate, and while a bit tight- the home is a good fit for a big family. Unfortunately the home had some pretty bad water damage that had not been remediated on the top floor. Mold was on many of the walls in the home, and the smell was overwhelming even after purchasing air fresheners and having Ward come out to clean. We were told by the Ward representative that there was a pipe issue and that he couldn’t do anything but wipe the mold off the walls. Hopefully the home can get cleaned properly, because it could be an amazing place if the issues were taken care of.
