This spacious one bedroom, one bath 3rd floor condominium with additional bunk beds in hall to main living area has breathtaking views of the ocean and beach from the private balcony. Enjoy a beverage and watch for the passing dolphin, pelican, shrimp boat or other ocean surprises. This is oceanfront at it`s best! Catch a breathtaking sunrise and the quiet serenity of a small oceanfront village. The kitchen comes well equipped to prepare a meal and there are also a few nearby restaurants and bars. A private bedroom with a new queen sized bed. If you are looking for a place to enjoy oceanfront living, this is the place for you!
Topsail Reef Condominium Complex includes 2 coin and debit laundry rooms and 2 barbecue areas with picnic tables. Tennis and basketball courts, corn hole boards are also available for your use.

As you can see by the photos, this condominium complex is located right on the beach/ocean. This means you may not always have beach access directly in front of the building. The tide changes 4 times in a 24 hour period. (and not the same time every day) low to high every 6 hours.
There are also many other things that affect the tide like moon phase, wind direction and storms. Tide schedules are available online as well as in the guest book. If you are looking online you will need to look at the New River Inlet tide schedule.
There is no guarantee that you will have beach access at any given time.
If you would like to go to the beach during a period of high tide, I encourage you to use one of Onslow Co`s free beach access lot located nearby.
Renter is responsible to wash dishes and take trash out upon departure.

Issues with the unit
Several issues made this stay less than desirable. First, the property was difficult to find using my phone app, 2nd, the musty smell never dissipated as was told it would, 3rd, the only closet was used as a storage unit for an old window unit and a storage container which made it impossible to hang any clothes, 4th, the living room TV did not work properly, 5th, the bedroom TV did not work very well either (continued to freeze), 6th, on the last night the bedroom a/c quit working altogether and I had to move out to the hallway bunk to sleep. I will say the hostess did everything she could to address the issues so the fault is with the unit owner.
