Beautiful LIKE NEW Ocean View home with reverse floor plan to optimize the stunning views of the Ocean and Bay especially during Sunrise and Sunset!

This large 2700 sq. ft. home boasts large open floor plan for gathering and a fully stocked Kitchen. 5 bedrooms and 4 full, 1 half bath round out the other 2 floors. Kids bonus with huge TV to set up your gaming system or just unplug and lounge in the HOT TUB looking at the ocean in the moonlight under the pier.

This is a townhome / duplex. The POOL is a Villas By The Sea Community Pool maintained and operated by the HOA. The pool is open for guests Apr 1 - Oct 31. It is not a heated pool. Pool hours are 10 am until dusk.

When you arrive, our parking easily fits five (5) vehicles, one (1) in the garage and four (4) in the driveway, still leaving plenty of room to store beach/pool gear. Use our 4-floors ELEVATOR to effortlessly unload your luggage and groceries and settle into one of the 6 bedrooms.

Amenities make it for a comfortable, safe and relaxing stay, and include Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, Washer & Dryer, Deck Furniture throughout, Outdoor Shower, Hose and a Grill.

Watch the kids play on the PRIVATE ACCESS BEACH, just a quick 90 steps away from the front door. Or splash in the oceanfront community POOL, reserved just for Villas residents and tenants.

Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.

• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• The property is non-smoking / non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the house, on the decks or in the garage. Smoking of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. This is a hypoallergenic house in which the owners, who occupy the house part time have severe sensitivities to dogs.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to four (5) vehicles, four (4) in the driveway and one (1) in the garage. No additional parking is provided.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.

A Ring doorbell camera and another camera are installed outside covering the entrance and driveway.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Extended Family Beach trip

This was our 2nd trip to Topsail Island and at the Villas by the Sea. The property was just as described. We used 3 of the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was the right size for us and we enjoyed the shared space upstairs. The beds were super comfortable. Unfortunately, the property had a strong stale smell of cigarette. We could tell it was not from inside smoking but believe renters have smoked heavily in the garage bar area and the ventilation from the elevator shaft sucked it up into the town home. It was bad enough that 2 of our family had to get medicine to combat their asthma related symptoms. It’s a wonderful property otherwise and for anyone without asthma, it is a definite great spot.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The views from the top floor were stunning! There was plenty of room for everyone. We had several meals at the house and found the kitchen to be well-equipped and the grill worked well. We were traveling with our 2 1/2 year old grandson and he had a great time and we appreciated the safety gate at the top of the stairs. This was one of our favorite VRBO rentals and we will definitely stay here again if we are able to return to the area.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property is amazing! Shared pool is clean and very nice, only a short few steps to the beach. Owners have everything you would ever need including clean linens, cooking utensils, chairs and umbrellas, bar with an extra refrigerator in the garage, large kitchen pantry to stock up for the week, hot tub. We take this trip annually but our usual property was booked. Absolutely no disappointments with this one. The only thing that made me nervous was not having the door code before arrival

“Shell Yeah” You Should Stay Here!

Great Property… well maintained, plenty of space, nicely decorated. Has everything you need in kitchen and for starters. Linen drop off and departure procedure was easy. Though on the 2nd row, you can see the ocean and there’s no street to cross… plenty of parking and access to beach is less than a minute walk. Loved the location, next door to great restaurant. Property manager was quick to help when we accidentally locked the elevator door. Loved having that!! And the jacuzzi was a perk! Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful townhome, tastefully decorated, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Great garage area with a bar, fridge and games. Beautiful beach with easy, close access. Property manager was excellent! Plenty of space for our whole family. Very pleased with our first trip to North Topsail Island.

Fabulous vacation!

Absolutely loved this house! It was very clean, spacious, close to the beach access and fabulous views of the pier and sunsets. It was well equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. The owner was wonderful to work with and clearly takes pride in their ownership. The open floor plan on the top floor and the well equipped garage space/ hang out space made this a perfect place for our family. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutley beautifiul home and stay.

This house did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful gourmet kitchen, comfortable mattresses, Private hot tub with amazing ocean views, and the best sunsets are off of the back porches. This place is practically on the beach. They had an awesome garage bar for hanging out after a day at the beach. Very convenient, you can walk next-door to a great restaurant and bar: Splash by the Sea. By far, one of my favorite vacation homes and we will be back!

Simply Perfection.

My stay was above excellent from start to finish. The owners are very helpful and pleasant and the house is immaculate! Every single inch of the place was beyond our expectations.
