Just a short dash down across a sleepy road and down the path to the beach, seize the day where ocean views abound from every window and porch! Savor a book or a conversation in this expansive great room with vaulted ceilings awash with sunlight. Warm, natural wood detailing merges with classic comfortable furnishings and nautical decor to create that special feeling of home away from home while you are on your beach vacation. Indoor - outdoor living is at its best at Seas The Day, where multilevel decks, pool, outdoor shower and grill are ready for your family's perfect beach escape! The fenced yard is perfect for your furry friend; but no dogs in the pool, please!



Ground Level: Private free parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles, fenced yard, laundry room with washer and dryer, outdoor hot shower. Beach toys to share with guest in laundry; keep door locked.



Level 2: We are a one story house on pilings

Great Room-Kitchen: side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double stainless sink, ceiling fan, fully equipped for cooking at home.

Great Room-Dining: seating for 6 at the table, kitchen counter seats 4, desk and stool.

Great Room-Living: sofa and loveseat, smart TV, ceiling fan.

Sun Deck: Access from the living room/ dining room, pool, hot tub, propane grill. Adirondack chairs,

Guest Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds, chest of drawers, ceiling fan.

Shared Hallway Bath: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet.

Guest Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, knotty pine ceiling, dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan, private balcony

Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, smart TV, dresser, private balcony, ensuite bath

Primary Ensuite Bath: step-in shower, single vanity, toilet.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pool Notice: 

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: 1 Dog only allowed. It is included in the rental rate.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
