Cute unit and appointed nicely. I have visited Topsail for more than 50 years and know that often the condos on the beach are less than clean. Not this unit! It was perfectly clean and even ready early for our stay. I especially appreciated that it was available to rent for a partial week during high season. Communication with realty management was excellent. Thank you!

Parking is hard to find until night time. Seems like people just park there to go to beach. The property itself had caution tape in many places, lots of things broke. The condo itself was nice and clean and only thing bad about condo is the mattress. I’m 46 years old and the floor was more comfortable. Stairways are dirty and the whole place needs to be upgraded and painted. But as I stated the condo itself was nice and nice views. If had a mattress that was even decent the condo would be 10 out 10.
