Mold

There seems to be a mold problem in the house and our child reacted severely to it. The dryer in the house squeaks incessantly when running and also does not dry items on the first cycle. When the furnace kicks on it sounded like a jet engine every time. Location to the beach was great and the fenced in yard was just what we were looking for with our dogs but unfortunately the mold shortened our stay by 2 days.

This property has a history of sewage issues. During our stay, we had issues with the sewage, where none of the toilets would flush, and sewage water started getting backed up through the shower drains. Upon noticing this, we immediately tried calling the emergency number provided multiple times, but got no response, so we texted the number in hopes that someone would get back to us. We ended up getting a response from someone, and he said they were working on getting a plumber out that evening and they would update us. We went the rest of our stay with no updates, and the entire place smelt of fecal matter, so much to a point where all of the windows had to be cracked in order for it to be bearable enough for us to sleep. We were not able to bare the smell, use the showers, or the toilets for the rest of the stay

The house was amazing. It was perfect for me and my sister to enjoy a nice getaway to the beach. My dog loved the backyard so he could run around and play. Definitely would recommend staying here.
