It was fine.

Not a lot of counter space. Upon arrival there was a microwave still in the box taking up pretty much the entire counter top. There were dead flies all over the floor. Was shocked to find no table to eat at. Also the trashcan is too small for the room. No one ever showed up for the microwave. The area itself was great and we love north topsail, but i cant say we will ever stay at this particular place again.

Water was wonderful. Condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony needs some TLC. New chairs and a drain for the air conditioner water would be nice. Some plastic chairs were broken and the metal chairs were so rusted you could not sit on them. We will definitely be back.
