Gorgeous spot!!

The property is absolutely beautiful with the most incredible view! We are frequent vacation renters and just ran into things that we never experienced from other rental agencies, and I would say that the big drawbacks for us was that first, we had to travel to the rental agency to pick up wristbands and keys, even though the door had a code, and drop them off on our way home which was out of the way. Second, I guess I didn't read the fine print...You have to supply your own linens (sheets and towels), which I realized only weeks before we left. Thankfully we could rent them because we couldn't possibly fit all that in our car. Third, the agency said they would send a text when the house was ready, which I never received, so we ended up checking in closer to 6:00pm rather than 3:00. I would definitely return to Villa Cipriani, however I would look for a smoother check-in and a place that offers a linen service.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this property is. The balcony is right next to the ocean/sea. When you stand or sit at the balcony, the ocean is right there. And when the tides are high, the ocean/sea comes all the way to the edge of the sand dune close to the balcony and it’s so beautiful and therapeutic. It’s worth experiencing it yourself. You can see the ocean also from the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms upstairs and the hallway upstairs. This property (317A) has cooking pans, frying pans, knives, plates, forks, spoons, coffee maker, bread toaster that can take up to 3 slices at a time), cooking ladles, blender, washer and dryer, comforters, lots of pillows in the closets and blankets in foot rests. All you need to take with you are bed sheets for the beds( one king size, one queen size and the sofa bed which is queen size too. You also need bath soap, dish hand washing soap or dish washing detergent ( in case you will use the dish washer), hand washing soap, paper towels, toilet rolls and of course your own food.. I would say again that it’s worth experiencing yourself. Love it, love it and will visit again.

Luxury resort right on the ocean

Excellent experience with 2-story condo on top floors immediately over the beach in less crowded region of this barrier island. Massive outdoor pool and patio well maintained. Realty management demands extensive credentialing, and if you are there less than 5 days be prepared to pay extra for linens, towels, amenities.

Excellent stay

Very nice place. My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed it. The place was modern and clean. The condo facility has an amazing pool scene with a great view of the ocean. Any downsides would be the balcony is fairly small and this location is about 20+ minutes away from most popular places. All in all o would stay here again for sure. I recommend it for a great place to stay.
