The kitchen features smooth top electric range with built in microwave hood, dishwasher, granite counter tops and a raised bar top.

Fantastic Stay!

Larry was an exceptional host! He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and spotless. It had all the essentials, from comfortable linens to fully stocked kitchen items, making it feel like a home away from home.The Roku TV was a great bonus for relaxing after a day out, and we really appreciated the two beach chairs in the closet — a thoughtful touch, especially since we forgot ours! Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to rent again on our next trip! Highly recommend!

Spectacular sunset views

Our family did a quick weekend getaway and this unit was perfect! Perfect location to the hot tubs, and beach! The unit is the perfect size , clean and decorated perfect! Our host larry was very responsive and very accommodating! We can’t wait to come back in the summer time to view those longer sunsets off the balcony! Thank you for the memories !

Superb Condo

My fiance and I had a great weekend getaway at the condo. The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and if I needed a question answered, I was able to reach out to the owner and get a response quickly. We spent much of our trip at the resort enjoying the pools and hot tubs, as well as eating at the on-site restaurant, which had a superior menu. We had easy access to the beach to rest and dig our toes in the sand, and we had great October weather to do so. I would recommend this property for any couples looking to escape for a weekend (or longer). North Topsail Beach is a unique area for relaxation, sightseeing, and spending quality time together in a care-free setting. We would gladly book here again!

Beautiful Condo on North Topsail

We had a wonderful week at the condo at Villa Capriani!! Villa Capriani is our favorite place to stay on North Topsail, pools, access to beach, etc. Kitchen was well stocked as far as pans, dinnerware, etc We enjoyed the wonderful balcony with the great view! Bed was very comfy, We enjoyed the beach chairs provided too!

Tony is a wonderful host! We had an issue with the door lock and Tony had the issue taken care of within a very short time, even though he was being treated in the hospital! That is someone who truly cares about his guests. Highly recommend, will stay again!

Amazing View of Ocean

If you've stayed at Villa Capriani before, you know it's a hidden gem. We've stayed several times in various units. This unit had the unique combination of a covered balcony along with an amazing view of the beach stretching down the coast for a long uninterrupted view. Loved it!

Place was alright but biggest issue was guys working upstairs pounding on floor making lights fall off the ceiling. People cut through the sprinkler line and flooded the apartment (water pouring out of the lights on the ceiling.). Owners' son walked in on us just walked in while we were staying here.

Fun Beach get away

The place was super cute and clean. Loved the location on the beach with the amenities and view. It was the perfect size for my daughter and I. There were just a couple minor issues and Larry was on it right away so it did not interfere with our vacation.

Very Nice Condo

The location and accommodations were lovely. The issues we ran into were with the front door lock not opening and the gate lock to the pool/beach access not opening consistently. Tony the property manager/owner was very responsive and quick to resolve any problem. We enjoyed the trip and plan to return!
