You'll wake up each morning to the soothing sounds of crashing waves at this oceanfront condo on the shores of North Topsail Beach. Enjoy days of swimming and surfing, a wealth of on-site amenities, and your very own covered balcony where you can unwind with coffee, tea, or an evening cocktail.

This beachfront condo sits on the (elevator-accessible) second floor of its building, with views of the sun coming up over the Atlantic. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness room, a sauna, a putting green, a playground, a restaurant, and a beautiful stretch of sandy beach.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning and new cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. But the real showpiece is the view of the ocean, best admired by sliding open the glass balcony doors and letting in the fresh sea air.

The condo is open and spacious, offering a sleek and modern kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living room where you can watch movies (via cable and DVD) on the large TV. Both bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms and have direct balcony access, with one featuring a desk workspace where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi. The condo was great! Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and sounds!! My only suggestion is to leave more instructions about TV operation, key cards for the pool, extra dish towels for drying dishes. Condo was clean. There are shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the shower, but they did not work. Our unit was directly across from the elevator. We did not hear people outside of our door at all. Only once did we hear noise from an adjacent unit. It was a very quiet, relaxing location!It was very relaxing on the beach, not crowded at all. Stairs and ramp available to access the beach. Loved the AUTOMATIC WEIGHT ACTIVATED FOOT WASHING STATION. It was so effective at removing the sand. Joy Coffee shop was convenient and delicious.
