The Space:

Welcome to your beachside haven in St. Regis Resort! With the beach right outside your doorstep, this cozy home away from home is the perfect place for your beach vacation!



As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that exudes comfort and tranquility. The large windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting ambiance to unwind after a day of beach adventures. Have a restful sleep after a day of adventures in our comfy beds. Rest assured, we've taken care of all the that you need. Linens, pillows, and towels are provided, saving you from the hassle of packing those items. You'll find ample storage space with hangers and closets to keep your belongings organized. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning throughout the unit.

The basic kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and kettle. Whether you're a seasoned chef or simply looking to prepare quick meals, you'll find all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need for cooking and dining.



Start the day right and enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea on the balcony overlooking the bay while listening to the sound of the waves.

The 2 bathrooms feature a shower and tub combination. As a thoughtful touch, an essential starter pack of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper awaits you upon arrival. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, you can easily find replacements at nearby stores.

The covered pool is now heated and available for use, even during the off-season! From October to April, both the main pool and the covered pool are open daily from 9:00 AM to dusk (approximately 7:00 PM, depending on the season) in accordance with Onslow County regulations. Please be aware that swimming after dark is currently not allowed due to county's regulation.

Please note that, as a private unit, we share access to resort amenities with our guests. The availability of these amenities is subject to maintenance schedules and seasonal closures, which are beyond our control. We will inform guests of any closures as soon as they are announced by the HOA, but these closures will not result in any compensation. Thank you for your understanding!

The Neighborhood:

The St. Regis Resort, located in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, is nestled in a serene and picturesque part of the state known for its beautiful coastline and relaxed atmosphere. The resort boasts a prime beachfront location, offering direct access to the pristine sands and clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean, making it an ideal spot for beach lovers who enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing.



North Topsail Beach is celebrated for its natural beauty and is less commercialized than other beach destinations, providing a peaceful and scenic environment perfect for nature walks, bird watching, and enjoying the coastal landscape. The neighborhood surrounding the St. Regis Resort is family-friendly, featuring amenities like playgrounds, a putting green, and a family-friendly pool, making it an excellent choice for vacationing with children.



The area offers a variety of outdoor activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and boating, with nearby Topsail Island being a popular spot for these pursuits, complete with rental shops and guided tours. While North Topsail Beach is quieter than some other beach towns, it still offers plenty of dining options, from casual seafood shacks to upscale restaurants, as well as local shops that provide beachwear, souvenirs, and essentials. Larger grocery stores are also just a short drive away.

The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-Sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available.

* ESSENTIALS *

- Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.

- To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer

sheets are not provided.

- If you would like to rent beach chairs &/or umbrellas visit Grant’s Beach Service and if you would like to rent beach linens or towels visit Coastal Linen Service.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.





Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.



We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our homes safe and secure for every guest.



Building 2 at the St. Regis will be undergoing exterior renovations from October 2025 through March 2026. During this time, guests may experience construction noise, dust, and temporarily obstructed views due to scaffolding and equipment around the building.

Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with no weekend work currently planned.

We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these important enhancements to improve the overall guest experience.
