The home's main living space is on the fourth floor, offering a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen and living/dining areas. The open kitchen comprises stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and a center island. The adjoining dining table is perfect for more formal family meals. Once mealtime is over, unwind in the inviting living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV. All back decks are furnished and allow you to enjoy beautiful views and sunsets over the Intercoastal.
Uniquely constructed, this home features balconies on all three levels, with a balcony adjoining each bedroom, totaling six. All bedrooms also include a TV and the main bedrooms on each level have an en suite bathroom for added privacy. The first floor hosts a garage turned into a game room with a Ping-Pong table, pool toys for visiting the community pool, and two cornhole sets. An elevator will take you through each level in the blink of an eye.
