Welcome to Island Oasis #162, a newly remodeled, dog-friendly duplex offered by Landmark Vacation Rentals! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home offers ocean and sound views, sound access, a quick and easy walk to the beach, and multiple decks for relaxing and watching both the sunrises and the sunsets! This home warmly welcomes two dogs max for an additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog.

Guests will enter the house under the carport into the foyer and proceed upstairs. Three of four bedrooms will be found on this level. The master suite with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and double vanity, and huge private deck with beautiful ocean and sound views awaits! The second bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and large private deck with ocean and sound views. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and has hallway access to a full bathroom shared with the second bedroom.

As guests make their way to the top floor, they will find an open floor concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with ample windows to soak in the sights of the beautiful blue ocean waters. The kitchen is fully stocked making meal prep a breeze, and there is ample seating for 8 between the dining table and kitchen bar. The living room has plenty of seating so you can enjoy a fun movie night or watch your favorite sporting event in comfort. The fourth bedroom is found on this level and features a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

Island Oasis offers an outdoor shower for easy clean up after a fun day soaking up the sun at the beach. There is a community dock, so bring your kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing poles and enjoy the beautiful sights of the sound!

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. A linen package is included with your stay. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks will not be made.
