Dune Alright - Oceanfront Condo with Pool

Quaint newly renovated condo in highly sought after Topsail Dunes. Enjoy the ocean breeze as have your morning coffee on the ocean front balcony. You will find a Queen bed in the master bedroom. There is also access to the balcony from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed with a twin trundle. You can enjoy movie night in the living room with the 55" flat screen tv. There is plenty of room for everyone in the newly furnished living room. There is plenty of room for everyone to dine together with the new four top dining table and two seats at the bar.
Start your day on the beach and finish it in the large community pool. Topsail Dunes also offers a basketball court, Bocce Ball, Corn Hole and a grilling and picnic area.
All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available
Please contact us if you would like to order additional towel sets ($10/set).
A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper
· 1 small dish soap
· 2 dishwasher tablets

Beautiful View

Beautiful 3rd floor ocean view with close easy access to the beach. The elevator is an extra bonus. We’ll be back for sure.

North Topsail

We have stayed in multiple places over the years with our children, and have never had a bad experience. Overall, the location of this unit is great; it is ideal to be oceanfront with children and loved the view. The unit is generally as pictured. We had issues really from the time we arrived until the time we left.Upon arriving, the code we received didn't work, I had to call for another code. The door was difficult to open or fully close/get to lock; it was stuck and the code was finnicky often. Then, we arrived to a giant yellow bag full of dirty linens. The property manager did say the linen company was on their way to take away the used linens and replace with new ones, so we were understanding. The trundle bed mattress was really hard to open because the mattress is too large for the space. There was ceiling drywall/paint that had broken off from the corner of the living room onto the floor (pictures were sent), and there were other small open areas to the ceiling, which would otherwise have not been concerning had we not found a roach crawling on the wall later in the evening. All of this was communicated to the property manager, and they did respond that there is monthly pest control but nothing more was said. We were told someone would come out to look at the openings in the ceiling; they never did. Two days later, the power kept tripping at night. My husband was shocked trying to unplug a device. They said they'd send someone and never did.

A beachside and poolside oasis!

A great little spot to explore Topsail! Our family especially appreciated the lovely view of North Topsail beach from our 3rd floor perch. The condo had all the essentials and the condo maintenance team was responsive to needs. Having the beach and pool right downstairs was perfect!
