Solo Retreat

I could not have been happier or more impressed with the "Shining Sea" property at Topsail Dunes and the overall experience of renting from the owners. They were extremely quick at answering questions and communicating all the information I could want or need. The property itself was immaculately clean and had everything to make my stay easy and relaxing. The kitchen lacked for nothing, the bathroom was great, furniture and bed was really comfortable and above all -- CLEAN. I believe I ate every meal on the lovely deck and had beautiful sunrises each day. It's perfect for small parties and I will definitely seek out this property again when traveling alone or with just one or 2 others.

Perfect beach trip!

Shining Seas was the perfect short getaway from hectic daily work schedules and responsibilities! The condo was super cute, very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location is awesome. The balcony is right on the beach, and the pier is a short drive to get great shrimp! This is a wonderful place to unwind, relax and chill on the beach. Thank you so much. Will be coming back soon!

Shining Sea

I booked this stay thru VRBO and I am completely satisfied. The condo is in North Topsail Island, NC. It was clean and well equipped and it was right on the beach. It was wonderful having out morning coffee on the balcony. Just like being on the beach without the sand! Mr. Martin, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed before we left home, he was prompt to answer when I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Place To Stay

We had a great stay! This was our first trip to Topsail and we were not disappointed. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was well decorated. Beautiful views on both sides of the building. We saw dolphins and found a bunch of shark teeth. It was hard to leave and go back home!

Beachfront Getaway

Just spent 6 nights in this condo and we were very pleased with the accommodations. You are right on the beach. You have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. The condo was very well equipped. We found the condo to be exactly as advertised. Communications from VRBO and the owner were excellent.

Topsail Island stay at Sacred Sand II

Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. Loved the Condo we stayed in, no carpet easy to clean up sand that hitched a ride in from the beach. Sheets were sealed in plastic from the laundry service and we had to make up our beds but you knew they were clean and this gives you peace in knowing they are clean. Check in and out was easy. The only downside was that there was no elevator so you get your exercise on the steps. WiFi worked great. AC also kept the place a nice temperature once the kids quit running in and out the door. Place was very quiet at night and we slept well.

Very beautiful location. Loved the condo. We have a beach rental in FL so im very picky about places I sray. Cond has a great view of the beach easy access to the beach. Beautiful decor. Well stocked kitchen. Can't wait to go back.

On The Beach

Beautiful location right on the beach with the sound of waves a lovely background. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessities and the king bed was quite comfortable. Our only suggestion would be more comfortable chairs for the table and living room. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach - Amazing View of the Ocean - Relaxing Vacation! Exactly what we were looking for!

My wife & I stayed for a week early Oct 2023 - the location: Surf Fishing from the beach & long walks on beach were exactly what we were looking forward to and that’s exactly what we received. The beach sand is just steps away from your door! Shopping was a short 20+ min drive which wasn’t too bad. We found a few good places to eat a short car ride away as well. The Baked Pizza shop was excellent! Great place with great value.

Everything was perfect

Amazing stay at this condominium. Property manager was easy to work with. Answered questions quickly. Entry to condo was very easy. I especially appreciated the property manager giving us exact directions to the condo and the room. Condo was very clean and was exactly as stated. They even offered plenty of books and games to play. Bedding and towels are wrapped up for you to open so you know everything is clean. They offered plenty of cookware, dishes, washing tablets/sponges etc. View was fantastic! I could sit out on the porch all day. Walk to the beach was steps away. Everything was clean. Pool was clean and relaxing. We went early September and it was still open. Playground was perfect for my five year old. Plenty to do. Very clean. They even have a little lending library. Look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful View

Condo was clean and easy to get to upon arrival. The view from the balcony was perfect. My only complaint was the smell. It almost smelt as though someone had smoked in there before us or maybe it just hadn't been rented in a little bit and had been closed up. Other than that it was perfect for our weekend get away.

Great Long Weekend

This was our first time at North Topsail Beach. My husband and I were visiting our daughter who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. It was a perfect distance for her to come and go, but she could have stayed with us as well as the bunk beds would have been fine. The property is as advertised. It was perfect for a long weekend with me and my husband. Being on the beach was great. Communication with the property owner was easy and timely. I was also surprised at how quiet it was at night especially since you're in a condo type environment. That was really great.
