Our 5-star, Guest Favorite townhome sits sound-side on Topsail Island, and the water view follows you through nearly every room — from the kitchen window to three stacked decks. This isn't a house you pass through on the way to the beach; it's one you'll want to linger in.



The open-plan main level connects kitchen, dining, and living into one easy gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped for a week of vacation cooking: a stainless range and microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker, and toaster, with an island for casual bites and a dining table that seats six. A comfortable living area with a Smart TV and water-view windows gives you a spot to unwind, and a living-room sofa sleeper stretches the home to fit extra guests.



The primary bedroom is a genuine retreat: a king bed, private balcony access with water views, a mounted Smart TV, dresser, and mirrored closet doors. The second bedroom pairs a queen bed with a twin-over-twin bunk — the kind of room where the kids beg to share. Two full bathrooms keep mornings moving with a full house.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and all listed amenities, with self check-in via a smart lock — no meeting anyone or waiting around after a long drive. The community pool (seasonal, Memorial Day through Labor Day) and the private pier and gazebo are available to all guests using the provided pool fob and parking pass, along with both levels of the home and the garage-level bonus room.



The Neighborhood:

North Topsail Beach sits on the quiet, less-crowded northern end of Topsail Island, sound-side with the ocean a short walk away — close enough to everything, far enough from the crowds.

For dining and shopping, a quick drive will take you to nearby restaurants, cafes, and stores. Additionally, there are local services like boat rentals and fishing charters, allowing you to fully enjoy the coastal experience.



Other Things to Note:

Parking is provided for two vehicles — one in the driveway and one in the marked circle area using the provided parking pass. The HOA enforces parking rules closely, so keep the pass displayed and park only in designated spots. Traveling with more vehicles? Public and paid parking is available nearby. Please return the parking pass and pool fob at checkout; missing items incur a $150 replacement fee.



Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM, with early check-in sometimes available for a fee. This home sleeps 6, with a maximum of 8 registered guests strictly enforced — unregistered visitors aren't permitted. Airbnb guests must have a verified profile with ID on file; direct bookings require a signed rental agreement and a $47 damage waiver fee. Please treat the community respectfully — noise or parking violations can result in removal without refund. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher are on hand. We respond quickly, so reach out anytime with questions.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the entire unit to yourselves! We won't interact with guests unless you request additional services. However, we're always available via messages and phone. Please treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we'll do our best to address them promptly, but note that no one lives on-site 24/7.
