I was hopeful that this property would be excellent for our weekend getaway with family that we haven't seen in awhile. The property itself seems newly renovated and offered ample space for our party of 4 adults and 5 children. You can't beat the beachfront location as well. However, the entire experience was ruined when we first checked in to find dirty Q-tips layed out on one of the queen sized beds. It was as if it was left out intentionally to be displayed. There was also construction dust found in the master bathroom as well as a dirty oven amongst other filth found around the house. Completely unacceptable. Lastly, the property did not include bedsheets, towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents amongst other essentials. Can you imagine traveling in from the Northeast for a relaxing weekend and having to worry about packing bedsheets, pillowcases and towels for 4 bedrooms? I've be never heard of this for a vacation rental. The communication with management was also lacking. First, they tried to charge an extra $20 credit card fee when paying for the booking. Then the day of checking in they were late by 45 minutes to send keypad code for front door. There were several automated text sent out with instructions and orders to help them take in garbage cans and such, however when sending pictures of the dirty bedroom upon check-in, they took 2 days to respond. Many needed instructions needed for check-in and check-out were buried in their outdated website. In my opinion, owner/management seems to be cutting corners on petty items like toilet paper and cleaning services while charging $450+/night. It's hard to see a beautiful property and great location ruined by poor management. I hope they get it together.

Nice place

Over all, it’s a great place and location. The living room was big enough to sit the 6 of us comfortably, nice size bedrooms and the bathrooms are small with little counter space. There is a public beach access and parking lot very close to this property so our area of the beach was pretty congested over the holiday weekend.
