Brand New in 2024! Grace on the River is a stunning 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cabin with a loft nestled on the bank of the Upper Mountain Fork River!! Amazing semi-covered multi level deck with Hot Tub and endless seating areas, offer our guests many options to simply rest and relax. ***NEW HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC WIFI, INSTALLED LATE FEBUARY 2025 ***

As you venture inside, you will find a fully furnished open kitchen, stocked with all the necessities of home! The kitchen boasts a Side-by-Side Refrigerator/Freezer, Electric Stove/Oven, Microwave and stand-alone ice maker to name a few. The open kitchen has bar seating for 8 and leads directly into a well-furnished living area consisting of multiple reclining sofa's, recliner and a 70" Roku TV. Access to the 1/2 bath is accessible from the living area as well. The loft is nestled above with an amazing view of the river! Children and adults alike will love this loft as it has a 58" Roku TV, leather reclining couch & sofa, and a 2-person stand-alone arcade gaming console. At night, the loft can be transformed into a sleeping area with the two supplied air mattresses.

The large Master bedroom is very roomy and boast a King Size bed, Smart Tv, Blue Ray player (with movies) a walk-in closet with Dresser and has private access to the outside deck and hot tub! The Master bath features a stunning cedar wrapped soaking tub to immerse and unwind after a long day of entertainment. A separate, walk in double shower with double shower heads and his and hers double Vanity sinks compliments this beautifully lighted and decorated bathroom! All linens and hand soaps provided.

The other Two bedrooms are stunningly decorated with one having a beautiful King bed and the other a beautiful Queen Bed. Each room is furnished with Smart TV'S, Dressers, Nightstands with Lamps and private closets! They share a large Jack n Jill bathroom with His and Hers Double Sink Vanity with a Shower and Tub combination. All linens and hand soaps provided.

The Laundry room features full size stacked washer and dryer combo. These whirlpool units are front loading, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided during your stay!

Back outside, the excitement can be found on the large deck, where you may choose to relax in the 5-person hot tub (Towels provided) or choose too simply take a seat in one of the rocking chairs, read a book or just enjoy the peaceful sound of the river passing by. For the outdoor cooking enthusiasts, prepare a meal for your loved ones on the Pellet Grill and enjoy outdoor dining on the large comfy lakeside patio furniture!

Whether you choose to fish, kayak or simply set on one of the several benches overlooking the river, we promise you will enjoy all this amazing property has to offer! As the sun sets among the pines, take time to enjoy your family and friends by the fire pit! The fire pit is surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a built in swing where visiting with loved ones, star gazing and smores are a must!! Some firewood provide.

We wanted a low-key, stress free getaway and this trip hit the mark. The cabin was perfect for us. Really enjoyed the entertainment layout aspect of the cabin. Liked the access to the river and availability of kayaks for use. Communication was great. Everything we need to prepare our meals was in the kitchen. Lovely and quiet

We had a wonderful time as a family in this cabin. It was very spacious and our teenage daughters love the game system upstairs.Very comfortable beds, bedding and seating. The owners really took the time to make this place nice.There isn’t a mention of this nor do the pictures show this, but there is another cabin pretty close. It wasn’t a big deal, but it’s not completely private.

Fun, Relaxing getaway on the river.

We are a family of 5 (three boys 22, 19 & 17). We enjoyed the spacious beautiful home with plenty of screens for people to be together or do their own thing. AC was ice cold perfect for a hot summer day. We kayaked up the river and floated down. Very refreshing sitting in the hot tub during the pouring rain. The spacious covered deck was beautiful as we Al the view of the river. The kitchen was fully stocked to make all of our meals at the cabin home. Thank you for making everything so perfect.

Loved grace on the river. Perfect for our family of outdoor adventurers. Our 3 boys absolutely loved fishing and kayaking in the river. The hot tub was a big hit as well. Would highly recommend for a nice relaxing getaway.

Very nice, cozy cabin in the woods with the Mountain Fork River just steps away. Great host, responds quickly. Loved the outdoor space, big deck with plenty of sitting. The home was exactly as listed, clean and comfortable. Met all our needs! Hope to be back

Great Family Getaway

We loved the property and found the home very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the view and the seclusion very much. At first, we were slightly disappointed by the WiFi not having great signal but we quickly realized it provided us time to disconnect and watch movies or play games. We are already looking forward to rebooking in the future!

Amazing Getaway

While short stay at Grace on the River was only 3 days so we filled our time with the many things this amazing properly had to offer. The riverside tree line allowed dappled sun to shine through and provided a beautiful view of the river. There is a multi-level back deck with numerous chairs and tables, and a fun firepit area just a few steps away. The house was so much more than we expected! There was ample room for everyone, so many different places to sit both inside and out. The vivid colors and fun decorations blended with the luxurious amenities which made you feel attended and relaxed. The beds were quite comfortable and we especially loved the rocker recliners with heat & massage! The kitchen was well stocked with more utensils, dishes and cookware than you would ever need! We enjoyed the provided coffee and flavored syrups each morning on the back deck overlooking the river and trees. We used the provided pellet grill to cook a steak dinner. The hot tub was easy to operate, ample towels were provided and there is a wall to provide privacy from neighboring guests. While the WIFI connection was poor, it did promote “unplugging” and we all had a blast playing various games of dice, the upstairs arcade game with over 400 games available), cornhole in the yard with provided boards & beanbags, in addition to fishing and kayaking. River Vacation

Perfect Family Getaway

This cabin was perfect for our family! We were close enough to all the things we enjoy about the Broken Bow area while also being far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Perfect for a family, we enjoyed listening to the river while we cooked and hung out as a family outside, best back patio to rock in a rocking chair while drinking coffee and even a nice area to go for walks and explore. We will definitely be back! Darin and Anne are so kind and great hosts!❤️
