Smiths Beach Escape, the perfect family beach house.

The house has amazing ocean views from the balcony which has a BBQ and 10 seater dining table. The property has a large front yard and fully fenced grounds and is just a short walk to shops and Smiths Beach.

A fully equipped kitchen includes electric cooking appliances, microwave and dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

New furniture and a split system in the lounge room, make for a very comfortable stay. Free wifi is available.

4 bedrooms in this holiday home sleeps up to 11. The 4th bedroom is dual purpose with a sofa bed, providing an extra bedroom or a quiet sitting room. A portacot is available for the younger family member and free wifi is available.

Two bathrooms cater to the larger family group.

After a day at the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.

Excellent house, would do it again.

The location is wonderful. We loved walking down to the beach everyday. Smiths beach has something for everyone. The house is great. It’s pretty relaxed and no frills. But has everything stocked that you could need. And an ocean view. It’s a shame we have to go into Cowes to get the keys and drop them again. And the real estate agent took a week to answer my question about the 4th room. We’d totally do it again.

Amazing location for property was dirty and in poor condition

While the location was amazing and the house was large and affordable the property was very dirty and in need of a proper clean everywhere. There was no Wifi. Outdoor furniture was in very poor condition, generally the property was in pretty poor condition (broken lamps, door handles, dirty appliances etc).
