Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Equipped for both short and long term rentals.

Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king sized bed, 1 with 2 single beds and another with a single bed. For over and above 5 guests we will provide an additional folding bed with linens and towels just like normal bed.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and features a wash/dryer and a full bath and the others are accessible from both of the bedrooms with the double bed.

During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. 3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected. 4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date. 5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored. 6. What is included in the apartment. - Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. 8. NO PETS ALLOWED. 9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly. 10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
