Die Aussicht vom verglasten Balkon aus dem 10. Stock auf das Meer war grandios. Fußläufig erreicht man ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und vielen Geschäften zum Bummeln und Geldausgeben. Für Ausflüge mit dem Bus erreicht man nach ca. 3 Minuten die Haltestelle "Locker". Empfehlenswert ist ein Wochenpass zu 21 Euro (Tallinija-Card 21)
