This is a brand new, cosy and elegant one bedroom apartment situated in
the best area of Sliema only 50 meters from the much sought after
Promenade with it's rocky beaches for swimming in the clear blue sea.
This property is perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes,
restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema's busy shopping centre
literally at your doorstep.
The apartment is situated in a new block featuring only 5 units. A
modern design with very strong aesthetic, spacious and boasting lots of
natural light. The property, which is fully air-conditioned, features
an open space living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and
bathroom with shower. The spacious bedroom comes with a double bed and
if more than 2 people are visiting (or do not wish to use the same bed)
the sofa can easily be transformed into a bed.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean, the space was nice, amenities were generally up to date, and the location in Sliema was excellent. People who are used to air conditioning should note that there was only one air conditioning split in the living room. This meant that you really had to crank it up to cool the bedroom area at night - especially if you turn it off during the day to conserve power. This is pretty par for the course for Europe, so not a knock on the place at all!
