Apartment in Malta

Not pleased, we did not get the place that was Shaw on the photo when we booked on line, and also they were to pick us up at the airport and give us the keys, and they wanted to get payed for that service, we over pay for what we got,

(Malta) Holiday Lets Sliema

The apartment we got was not as shown on the Expedia website!We complained but the agent had no other to show.We accepted it however. Absentee owned, it had a great kitchen but was not really comfortable, with slithery plastic sofas. No views. Poor layout. Classy area close to lovely waterfront, but quite a climb uphill. Lacked top sheets and light blankets. (Had to purchase them ourselves!) TIny uselessly dim lamps in bedrooms. Shower stall too small. Maid service ok. No concierge, no land line, thus( difficult to contact management.( Why would they assume we had cellphones usable in Malta?
