Why charge for extra electricity?

The apartment is nice but it was spoiled by the on site property manager telling us on arrival that we had a certain amount of electricity and we would have to pay for any used on top! When I said that we were not made aware of this beforehand his answer was that electricity is expensive in Malta! On departure he looked at the meter and said that we owed 11Euros, which seems ludicrous as we never ate in once and the AC was not on 16 hours a day. For 11Euros, they managed to upset me greatly!

“Fantastic location, bright and clean apartment”

The overall stay very comfortable and I would book again the next time I come to Malta . Check in process was smooth .The property located just next to shopping moll and restaurants as I also enjoyed the underground Gym. Few steps to the sea. Much better value for money and quality.
