Cute and cozy
3 level cabin with a bedroom bathroom on each floor. Within 15 mins of all the nearby attractions. We didn't use the hot tub, figured out the controls too late. Steep hill to get to the property but our car made it just fine. We had a fire one night & played board games another. The rest of the time we spent exploring the outdoors & shops around the area. Daniel Boone coffee house is a must. We went twice! Long line but totally worth it. We enjoyed this whole getaway.

Not enough utensils or bowls
The property is supposed to accommodate up to 7 guests, but there were only 4 bowls and 6 forks. We were also missing the remote control for the downstairs TV. We contacted the property management group immediately and they said they would find out about the remote from the cleaner and made it sound like they would bring more kitchen supplies, but when I followed up over 24 hours later, they did not have any solution. We were visiting during a flood warning, and we asked about checking in 2 hours early because we would not be able to do a hike we had planned because of the rain. They said we would have to pay 25. There were also many dead bugs throughout the house that we cleaned up when we first arrived. I will avoid booking with this property group again.

Red River Gorge Vacation
The cabin is built on a steep hillside. Beautiful views. The cabin was pretty much as described in the photos. Some issues we experienced: not enough bath towels, hand towels and washcloths provided for the number of guests; no towels for the hot tub, which desperately needs a new hot tub cover; no drain stopper in the bathroom on the main floor or for the kitchen sink; and lastly, all cooking pots and pans are shot (non-stick with material flaking off into the food) and needs to be replaced with stainless steel cookware. We did drop an item in the first-level bathroom sink by accident that did not have a stopper. We called management for assistance retrieving the item. They never called us back and never showed up to assist. Guest service would definitely be an issue if you decide to stay here.

Beautiful home, good stay!
The home is beautiful! 3 couples would do well here though one would be in an open loft. My son absolutely adored the twin sized bed in a small closet sized room curtained off in the loft. All rooms had ceiling fans which was nice( even the tiny bonus room!) Unfortunately there are only showers ( no bathtub) but was listed in description. Like most rentals, I’d recommend you bringing your own pots and pans as these were well worn. However it was a better supply of kitchen things than some places. No blender, tea kettle, loaf pan or muffin pan were the biggiesI noticed. The furniture in the living room is exceptionally nice and almost all the lamps had working lightbulbs, which isn’t normal for most rentals! The 5-6 person hot tub was good for 4 of us and kept its heat nicely! However the cover was heavy and difficult to deal with. The drive up is pretty short but quite steep. It was no problem with dry ground, however with even a light dusting of snow it’s a whole different story. I wldnt recommend doing it without a 4 wheel/ all wheel drive with any snow. My husband is a great driver, we barely made it down with a dusting of snow the day we left. We did experience a bad ceiling leak into the basement from the faucet but they came promptly the next morning to fix it.( though it’s good my husband turned off the at faucet or or the ceiling tile would have come down. They also brought us a spatula and dust for the shuffleboard table.

Beautiful cabin and clean comfortable beds
The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Unfortunately we stayed during hurricane Helene and lost power for 3 days. We still enjoyed our stay and cabin is very close to many things to do. Miguel's Pizza has great menu, especially if your need gluten free. I did recommend to host that supplies on hand for potential power loss would have been nice (flashlights, candles) as our road was blocked due to trees down so it took a while to get things.
Overall, we certainly recommend. The host was great to communicate with and took care of everything.

Beautiful cabin
Cabin is beautiful and in a great location. Considering that it can sleep 7, there were not enough dishes or towels. And the cleanliness could be better. However, management was quick to respond and brought us more towels and other necessities to make our stay very enjoyable! The location is perfect for access to trails and other adventures.

We had a great time we will be doing it again thanks for the memories
The downstairs shower was full of dirt , debris and mud . After the storm we had Sunday night the bathroom floor was flooded along with the shower . It smelled awful . If we did have guest to stay they wouldn’t have been able to use the shower at all .

Nice space and great decks. In need of some repairs. Hadn't been fully cleaned when we arrived (no bedding, mop in the middle of the floor, takeout on the counter). They came back with bedding and towels, but weren't finished until a couple hours after check in time.
