Embsay Steam Railway is only a mile away from there and operates regularly towards picturesque Bolton Abbey. The famous limestone cliffs of Malham Cove are just 7 miles from Gargrave and are well worth visiting.The Yorkshire Dales National Park, Harrogate, York and the Lake District are all within driving distance. Whether you choose Duck Cottage as a base to explore or simply to enjoy Gargrave itself, your only regret will be that you hadn’t booked for longer. Shop, pub and restaurant 175 yards.
