Booked this property, received confirmation and then no communication. Had to follow up with booking agent for information on how to access the property. Then received a cancellation notice the day I was about to travel with 3 young children. No apology, no explanation, no follow up to offer assistance finding an alternative. Skipton is a wonderful town, but I would avoid this property as they obviously have no care or consideration for their customers

Stay at the Property
we have two disabled people in our party and this property is not suited to this class of people owing to the limitations of parking all around the premises as this is not in easy walking distance also please note you cannot park in the public local car parks owing to the councils restrictions for overnight parking : car parking charges limited to 4hrs and no overnight parking limitations. We didn't know this until we arrived at the house. There is off street parking around 0.5 mile but it is full of people who live and work in Skipton so very difficult to find any space. These comments are a true account of the terrible parking around Skipton if you are disabled and we feel that the comments made by the host company were discriminatory against OAP & Disabled people and comments like " You should have checked first " we are not impressed by the sort of statement. Otherwise the property is of a high standard.
