This is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside towns but close enough to Skegness, Ignoldmells and Chapel easily for the day. The cottage was located above the playground which was perfect as our daughter could go down and play any time she wanted and we could watch her. The farm is just delightful and the animals are friendly and well looked after. The owner, her family and the staff are very welcoming and always happy for our daughter to help round with the farm activities. We were very sad to say our goodbyes and look forward to going back soon.

Staff/ owner extremely helpfull and freindly clean tidy and well kept grounds will always come back for a relax and a fish the only negatives are electric meters. .power turning off mid shower when you are fully lathered with shower gel is a pain.and some of the electrical appliances need updating ( ie cooker in buttercup cottage )this is a wonderfull place and an ideal base

No complaints

Stayed in Holly Cottage (one double bedroom), separate bathroom (walk-in shower only), Kitchenette/Dining Room/ Lounge area and a conservatory. All looked reasonably new & clean. Really enjoyed our stay. However, we didn't visit many local attractions; instead we relaxed in the cottage and simply enjoyed the break away.
