Skaneateles is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom house. Inside, guests find two queen beds and two bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. With three bathrooms featuring refreshing showers, everyone can enjoy their own space. The living room has a stone gas fire place. There is an outdoor fire pit available for campfires. The house feels welcoming and offers a terrific blend of comfort and convenience.

Lake: You will have private lake access for swimming and boating. There is multiple Adirondack chairs on the deck and dock for your use. There is a short set of stairs into the water from the lower deck. Boats can be moored at your own risk.

Other things to note
There is a steep, gravel road to get to the property. The property features a set of steep stairs down to the water from the upper deck with hand rails.

Loved our time here. The house was well stocked with essentials and spotless. Very comfortable. Our host was outstanding in his responses to questions both before we arrived and during our stay. He offered great suggestions for dinner and for area highlights. Loved the lake and the town. Highly recommend

Our family had a great week at the lake house. We traveled in from Florida with our two boys, and we really enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated drinking our coffee outside every morning, fishing off the dock during the day, and sitting by the fire at night. The property and surrounding views are something out of a postcard and the pictures don’t do it justice. The town of Skaneateles has great restaurants and shops to explore, and the local winery is definitely one of our favorites. The house is extremely clean and was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, and Jacob was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our time spent here was exactly what we had hoped for - peaceful and stress-free and we will most definitely be back!

If you are looking for a quiet retreat next to water so clear you would think you were dreaming, look no further. This brand new 3 level home on Skaneateles Lake checks a lot of boxes. Clean, quiet, nature galore, lake front, morning coffee watching the robins, listening to the waves. Our family of 4 escaped SWFL heat and traded in for this beautiful home, when most people travel to Florida, we will travel here. This house has plenty of seating inside and out, two Weber propane grills, and contacting the host is a breeze. The Tracy’s family is lovely. Come stay at their lake house!!
