Cosy couples' studio gîte in the heart of the Monts D'Arrée with heated pool

Hayloft was previously one of the outbuildings of the farmhouse, which is now Priory, before being converted into a comfortable, cosy studio gîte which sleeps 2. There is space for a cot making it ideal for couples, new families or as overflow accommodation from one of the larger gîtes.
Hayloft has a granite chimney and log burning stove which gives a perfect ‘cocooning’ ambience and keeps the cottage toasty in the colder autumn and winter nights. It is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a dining table and chairs as well as a comfortable seating area for relaxing or watching television.
The luxurious bathroom contains a large double-ended bath, WC, vanity unit with twin sinks and over-bath shower.
Wifi is available throughout the gite.
Outside the gîte are 2 private patio areas and sunny garden with hardwood furniture, parasol and a BBQ.
Allocated parking is immediately adjacent to the property. Hayloft is a dog friendly gîte.
All of our guests at Kergudon have access to our many communal facilities.
These include a 10 x 5 heated indoor / outdoor swimming pool and adjacent terrace and pool room (indoor / outdoor as it has a full-height retractable cover that can be opened in good weather); a boot room with a range of wellington boots for you to borrow for walking in the forest; a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Our bike store has mountain bikes available to our guests free of charge; we have a pétanque (boule) pitch and family games room with pool table, babyfoot, electronic darts and a selection of games and books. The games room has a projector and large screen and can be reserved and used as a cinema for a family film night.
We also have a well equipped fitness suite so you can maintain your physical routine when you are with us - or you can start one! David, one of the owners, is a fully qualified Personal Trainer who can generate a program for you or give you fitness training, yoga or pilates.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the gîtes at Kergudon.
