Direct access to the sea immediately outside the apartment. All day sun and beautiful sunsets over the water. Furnished in a modern contemporary style, with open plan living; kitchen and dining areas. Three large sliding doors lead onto the terrace which is fully equipped with comfortable seating, dining table, sun loungers and large electric blind on the south terrace. Part of the terrace is covered for shade and the veranda to enjoy the seaview and sunets during winter . The beautifully furnished sitting room has comfortable leather seating, large flat screen TV with Netflix and reverse heat/aircon. The modern kitchen has everything you need including an induction hob, dish washer, coffee maker and nespresso machine, micro wave, etc. The master bedroom has 180cms super king bed, reverse heat/aircon, sea views and doors onto the terrace.The second bedroom has a 160cms king size bed. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. The modern fully tiled bathroom has a vanitory basin, shower and separate WC. The apartment is on a private gated estate with a reserved parking space. It is a short walk into Le Brusc with its pretty harbour, restaurants and shops.
