Card (Vrbo): If you choose to pay by credit card through Vrbo, a 3% fee applies to the total amount.

Direct bank transfer: No fees.

Cleaning costs (includes bath and pool towels and bed linens):
Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: €385
2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): €100 + Final cleaning: €385
3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: €100 each + Final cleaning: €385

Tourist tax:
€1 per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.
