The apartment:
The PALM VIEW is a duplex apartment in Sitges located on a second floor with no lift.

As you access the apartment there is a large polyvalent room with the dining and living area and also a well-equipped and modern open plan kitchen.

A large window in the living area opens up to the horizon, where the sea and the sky are mixed in a beautiful combination of different shades of blue.

The apartment also enjoys stunning views of the Sitges church and the old quarter, the perfect place for watching the sunset or the fireworks of Fiesta Mayor (on the 23rd of August and the 22nd of September in the evening).

The PALM VIEW apartment has a full bathroom with large walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

At the rear of the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed and lots of storage space.

A flight of stairs leads up to an upper floor with a second bedroom with a double bed.

The apartment is conveniently equipped with two AC units, one on each level. We also provide fiber optic internet with free wifi.

If you're not in the mood to go down to the beach the communal pool is also a great place to relax, swim and sunbathe.

Like many apartments in Sitges, the apartment is not far from the railway, so you may hear the trains whilst from the property. However, the apartment is fully double glazed and equipped with blinds which cut out the noise at night.

You will absolutely not need a car as everything is within walking distance. However, if you do come with your own vehicle, there is a private parking space for neighbors in the building. There is not a particular parking space for each one and it works on a first come, first served basis.

This apartment in Sitges in the Aiguadolç neighborhood is great for families or friend's that want to be within walking distance of Sitges center, but not wanting to be in the busy center.



The surroudings:
The PALM VIEW apartment is located a short walk from the center of Sitges. The area is very popular due to its proximity to some of the best beaches in Sitges and is also a short walk from the Sitges marina, with great restaurants and amazing views. The nearby shops and restaurants of San Sebastian beach are also another plus.

With stunning views of old Sitges town and the sea, this apartment is just 200 meters from the beach and another 8 minute walk from the center of Sitges.

The Balmins Beach, the closest to the apartment, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sitges. It is a small cove surrounded by rocks, protected by one of the breakwaters of the port and with excellent views of the old town of Sitges. The atmosphere is very cosmopolitan with a mixture of gay groups and families, locals and tourists. The beach is partially nudist.

Alternatively, you can also walk 200mts on your way to the town center to reach the family friendly San Sebastian Beach.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
