Hermione's Apartment

Important information:

New construction has recently begun on the opposite street, across from the building. We currently do not know the exact completion date or if there will be any work stoppages during the summer of 2026. As this construction is external to the property and beyond our control, we want to transparently inform our guests that, depending on the work schedule, there may be some noise during the day, which could occasionally affect their rest or overall experience. Construction works should be suspended for the entire month of of august.

The Hermione apartment is located in the San Crispín area, a very quiet part of the center of Sitges. Just 5 minutes from the beach. It has the advantage of being in a quiet area and at the same time close to the best bars and restaurants in Sitges. With one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, plus a balcony overlooking the street. Located on the first floor without an elevator, it's an ideal location for those looking to enjoy Sitges in a quiet spot but within easy reach of the town center and the beach. The San Crispín neighborhood is a residential area very close to everything you need to enjoy a vacation without having to travel beyond walking. Sitges train station is a 5-minute walk away, as is the town centre. The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped to prepare any meal, and includes an oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker. The bar separates the kitchen from the living room. The living room has a table, chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. It has large windows that open onto a balcony overlooking the street. One bedroom has a double bed, spacious wardrobes, a fan and access to the balcony. Another bedroom is a single room, with 2 bunk beds.

The bathroom located in the hallway has a shower.

It is a simple apartment a few meters from the center of Sitges and with the necessary services to spend a few days enjoying the tranquility of the place. Main features:- Maximum number of guests: 4

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 11 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
