Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen, ruhigen Wohngebiet, Garage zu haben, ist super. Die Wohnung ist in einem Zustand, dass sie mal renoviert und einige Dinge repariert werden sollten, vieles sehr abgenutzt. Duschwanne ist undicht, es entstehen immer mehrere Pfützen im Badezimmer nach dem Duschen. Die Fliegenschutzgitter sind entweder nicht mehr vorhanden oder kaputt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr minimalistisch, zum Kochen nicht geeignet, nur wenig Geschirr und Besteck; die Küchenschränke und -Schubladen sind größtenteils leer.
