Short walk into the town with plenty of dining options. Spa and thermal pool were amazing, with excellent facilities such as multiple different saunas. Rooms were clean but basic, nothing overly luxurious, yet pleasant. The onsite restaurant is lacking options, but sufficient for pool side snacks and drinks. Most staff good and attentive but some rather rude, especially one female member of staff, which lets the hotel down. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Fabulous peaceful hotel a short walk from the centre of Sirmione. Best of both worlds with a pool but in a cove with direct access to the lake. The lake view suites are fabulous. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Bottle of bubbly on arrival and bottle of wine in our last night. Organised transfer to the airport too. Will definitely return!

It was an average 4 star property. All was fine. The only thing that I would rate bad was the breakfast. They don’t have many options in comparison to other properties we stayed in Italy. It was probably the worst breakfast

Had a hidden daily parking charge of 20 E that was not disclosed on Expedia website. Hotel advertised ample parking and wrote in advance but not told about this fee. Was a surprise at checkout. Also charged an 80 E spa fee when all we did was shower there after checking out and spending time at the pool before heading home. Never used an other services that day although we used others that we paid a lot for. Otherwise a fantastic experience.

Excellent service from everybody and especially everybody on the reception desk. Very clean and well maintained property. Great location. Parking underground was great. The spa and thermal pool were excellent - if anything I would say if possible extend the hours that the spa can be used especially during the weekday.

Very fun hotel in a great location. Sirmeone is super fun little area and this hotel is a quiet getaway in the mdst of a popular tourist area. It feels exclusive.

The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is just on the edge of the old town and castle which is ideal with Pugh the hassle for vehicles inside the old town and island of Sirmione and so it’s very walkable too. We loved the closeness to the island bars, shops and restaurants too. Our room felt modern and had a fabulous view over the small beach and the lake.
