Comfortable 4 nights in little bungalow near Sanford Hospital. Manager, Chris, very responsive and considerate. Nice renovations with off street parking, washer/dryer, new appliances, and putting green downstairs made enjoyable stay. Rooms and bathroom are tiny but manageable. Very comfortable queen bed!

House was very nice, well updated. Had what I would anticipate for a VRBO when it comes to items in the kitchen. The space downstairs was awesome! We loved the oversized beanbag and big screen TV.We enjoyed getting to know the neighbors, as they shared tips and favorite places to go in Sioux Falls. Great city! A couple of helpful things would be grilling utensils, a bath mat and a dresser/somewhere to put clothes. The back patio is a nice little area, a table and chairs would complement quite nicely out there. Communication was prompt, though I had to reach out to get door access and Internet password. Never received an email or check in information. But after asking for the internet password, then I received the welcome document. Great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again.
