Eine richtig gelungene Atmosphäre

Das Haus hat zurecht eine gute Bewertung. Die Ausstattung ist für Familien mit Kleinkind sehr gut und entspricht den Angaben. Der Service rund um die Verwaltung ist gut und freundlich. Der Garten ist nett angelegt und die Aussicht auf die Felder ist erholsam. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Aufteilung. Nur ein Sonnenschirm fehlt, der Sandkasten war nicht sauber und der Duschvorhang ist nicht effektiv. Ich würde mir eine konkretere Angabe zum Parken wünschen.

Das Haus hat einen deutlichen Bedarf, renoviert zu werden. Deutliche Feuchtigkeitschäden an den Wänden in den Innenräumen. Badezimmer ohne Heizung und sehr muffelig! Der verlegte Laminat ist stark abgenutzt und beschädigt. Die Treppe zum DG ist stark vergilbt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt, die Hecke hatte einen Schnitt nötig und im Seitenweg ist der Zaun defekt. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder vorhanden.

Ruhige schöne Lage Schöner Ausblick Aber Haus war in renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand Waschmaschine, Heizung und Küchenmixer funktionierten nicht Merkwürdig muffiger Geruch in Flur und Bad Dichtungen und Fenster im Bad schimmelig
