Nestled in a beautiful landscape in the Spessart, the 125m² apartment with panoramic views, winter garden and fireplace is on the ground floor of our apartment building in Sinntal. The living room with fireplace and dining table for 6 people gives access to the winter garden. There is also a dining table and other comfortable seating. The two separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen also has a small seating area. In addition to the bathroom with its barrier-free shower, there is also an additional guest toilet. In summer you are welcome to use the garden and the available barbecue facilities and end the evening in nature.

The barrier-free apartment captivates with a mix of antique and modern furniture that leaves nothing to be desired. The living room with sofa bed, TV, fireplace and dining table for 6 people gives access to the spacious conservatory. In addition to another sofa bed (no blackout option) and a dining table, there are further comfortable loungers and armchairs. The two separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a small dining table with 4 seats. In addition to the bathroom with its barrier-free shower, bidet and toilet, there is an additional guest toilet. In summer, you are welcome to use the seating area in the garden and the available barbecue facilities and end the evening in nature.

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departure from 00:00 to 11:00.
