The apartment is located on the ground floor, surrounded by a hectare of trees typical of the Mediterranean scrub: myrtle, strawberry trees, corks, holm oaks, mulberries, pines, and various fruit trees. ideal habitat for Sardinian fauna: partridges, wild boars, turtle doves, crows, hawks, wood pigeons. during the day and especially at night the crickets, cicadas, frogs, owls and foxes perform in song competitions.
the sea with the beautiful dunes of Capo Comino (world heritage) is about 900 m. The Berchida beach, considered the pearl of the Mediterranean, is about 3 km away.

Vacaciones en Capo Comino
La mejor casa de Capo Comino, con Pascuale y Cossimo, muy amables y siempre disponibles para todo. Con niños es perfecto, tienen gallinas, vacas, ocas, perritos.. y un huerto con cosas buenísimas. A 5 min de un mar increible…Volveremos sin duda!

La fattoria dei Pireddas
Siamo arrivati alle 3 del mattino a causa dei ritardi del traghetto, ma Cosimo ci aveva lasciato le luci accese. La mattina abbiamo potuto renderci conto di trovarci immersi in un contesto molto bello: tantissima natura e molti animali e soprattutto silenzio. Cosimo e il figlio Pasquale, nonostante gli impegni quotidiani, sono sempre disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Luogo ideale per ricaricarsi r per godersi il cielo stellato.
