The holiday flat is located on the first floor, separate access. One bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen is provided and the beds are made up. Two bathrooms, washing machine. Towels are provided, one shower towels and two hand towels per person.
Kitchen-living room with all comforts for a relaxing holiday. From the large covered balcony with 17 sqm you have a great view over the city and the 4 km long beach.
In less than ten minutes you can walk to the centre of the town with bars and restaurants.
Wifi and satellite TV are a matter of course.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in La Caletta und der tollen Wohnung. Der Blick aufs Meer und der große Balkon waren super! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden vor Ort super betreut. Wir hatten rundum einen tollen Urlaub! :-)

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und entspricht der Darstellung auf den Fotos. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Bedingt durch die Hanglage weht immer Wind auf dem Balkon. Die anliegenden Wohnungen und Häuser sind derzeit noch in unterschiedlichen Bauphasen. Ortsmitte mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und ein langer Sandstrand sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sowie die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr gut.
