Ottima accoglienza!!!

La propietaria è molto disponibile e gentile, la casa e comoda e accessoriata di ogni ogni comfort, anche se la casa non si trova sul mare è molto semplice raggiungere in macchina in pochi minuti bellissime spiagge della costa sarda. Consigliata sia per gruppi di amici che per famiglie!!

Appartamento carino ma......

La proprietaria, la Sig. ra Daniela, è stata molto cortese e disponibile soprattutto nella gestione del check in e check out. L'appartamento è confortevole e funzionale ma si trova al piano seminterrato della proprietà rendendolo un po' caldo (a disposizione un piccolo ventilatore per mitigare). Inoltre per accedere all'alloggio occorre scendere una scala ed avendo una bimba di 3 anni la cosa non è stata molto comoda anche nel voler utilizzare il giardino in quanto non era a vista essendo ad un livello diverso rispetto all'abitazione ed uno di noi genitori doveva stare a vigilare. Il giardino a disposizione sarebbe stato molto carino ma era davvero poco curato. La posizione la conoscevamo ed è piuttosto comoda: necessario sempre l'uso dell'auto. Inutile dire che le spiagge più vicine sono una più bella dell'altra. Nel complesso la vacanza è stata piacevole ma non consiglierei questa proprietà a chi viaggia con per bimbi piccoli. Siniscola non offre molto come paese ed è un vero peccato data la sua estensione ma è un ottimo punto per visitare una parte di Sardegna magnifica: consiglio fortemente di fare l'esperienza del trenino verde nei primi giorni di vacanza in modo da poter sfruttare i consigli della guida.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, zur es waren Kekse und eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung in der Wohnung. Sehr unkompliziert in der Kommunikation und im Ablauf. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet, auch wenn diese nicht mehr neu ist. Von Gasherd über CD Player bis DVD Player ist alles da. Das Bad ist renoviert und schön. Der Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück mit automatischem Tor. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich nahe an der SS131, was sozusagen die Autobahn dort ist. Den garten konnten wir benutzen und auch die Wäscheleine zum Sachen trocknen. Die Temperatur innen war im Hochsommer bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur noch angenehm (die Wohnung liegt im Kellergeschoss, mit Fenstern in allen Räumen).

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. L'accoglienza è stata squisita con dolcetti locali. Attenzione nei particolari, pulizia, cordialita'. Siamo stati coccolati. Non solo spiagge indimenticabili, il fascino dei luoghi e degli interni tutti da scoprire. Altro aspetto: appartamento molto fresco nonostante il caldo del periodo. Da evidenziare la tranquillità del soggiorno. Un grazie ancora a Daniela che ci ha fatto sentire a casa sempre con il sorriso.

Bello e accogliente appartamento, molto curato e personale

Siamo stati ospiti ad Agosto in questo appartamento. E' stato come trovarsi a casa propria. Non mancava nulla, tutto molto curato e personale. Il bagno nuovo e grande, l'ampia sala con camino unita alla zona pranzo, che comunica con la cucina, dove nulla manca. Nel ripostiglio è presente anche una lavabiancheria a disposizione degli ospiti. Insomma tutto quello che serve per passare una comoda vacanza. La camera da letto ospita tre letti molto comodi e altri due posti letto sono nel divano matrimoniale in sala. Noi siamo stati due settimane in cinque adulti senza problemi di spazio. l'appartamento è posto al piano seminterrato della casa indipendente, dove al piano superiore abitano i proprietari. L'appartamento è comunque luminosissimo, arieggiato e fresco. Temevano di soffrire il caldo, mentre non si è assolutamente sentita l'esigenza di un condizionatore. In ogni caso è presente anche un ventilatore, ma a noi non è mai servito..... Vi è nell'ampio giardino anche il posto per parcheggiare l'auto, stendere i teli ad asciugare, guardare le stelle.... Un punto a parte merita Daniela, la proprietaria.La sua disponibilità e gentilezza, nel cercare di rendere la nostra vacanza piacevole e unica è da lodare. Ci forniva anche le dritte sugli eventi della zona. Sempre molto attenta e discreta, è stato un piacere conoscerla. Possiamo solo dire: Grazie dell'ospitalità Daniela. Alla prossima..... A perfect week in Sardenia!

We have spent one week in Sardenia with our 3 kids. We did not have the pleasure to meet Daniela, but we met her sister Maria, who was just adorable, always ready to help and full of good advice. The appartement is perfect for a familly, very spacious, clean and well organised, you will find anything you need: a washing machine, very usefull when you travel with kids! The garden is lovely with trees and flowers...We have spent a perfect week in Sardenia... We highy recommend this location! Dear Daniela and Maria, Once again thank you so much for everything, we hope to see you again in Sardenia or in France.

Fabuleux séjour à Siniscola

Grazie mille per la vostra ospitalità !!! Nous avons été chaleureusement reçu par Daniela autour d'un assiette de délicieuses pâtisseries. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout est mis à disposition pour un séjour en toute tranquillité, le quartier est très sympa et très calme et il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité à des prix très raisonnables. Siniscola est un lieu idéal pour le départ vers de nombreuses plages toutes aussi belles les unes que les autres. Daniela a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour et nous a parfaitement conseillée sur les plages , les visites...etc. Je recommande cette location car nous avons été très satisfait et je ne manquerai de revenir dès que j'en aurai l'occasion. MILLE GRAZIE DANIELA PER TUTTO !!!!

Bien au delà de nos espérances dans le bon sens......

Nous avons été accueilli gentiment par Daniela et un cadeau( des gâteaux faits par elle) dans un appartement où nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un séjour magnifique. Ajouter à cela une propreté parfaite, le jardin , le parking fermé au pied de l'appartement , et une situation géographique qui nous a permis de rayonner dans cette région très agréable sans faire trop de km. Je crois que les différents locataires qui viendront dans cet appartement ne pourront que le confirmer . Encore merci pour tout, Daniéla de la part de Marie Hélène et Robert

Vacanza in famiglia.

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pulita, ordinata, funzionale e con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi ed utilissimi! Letti comodi. Vengono forniti anche l'ombrellone e due sedie da spiaggia. Il paese di Siniscola si è rivelato strategico per raggiungere varie ed incantevoli spiagge, ma il punto di forza è stata l'accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. Ci siamo sentiti parte della famiglia.

Accoglienza con la A maiuscola

La casa è molto comoda e ben rifinita. La posizione è strategica perchè in 15/20 minuti si raggiungono delle spiagge stupende. La proprietaria è simpatica e molto disponibile, ti accoglie a braccia aperte con una gentilezza mai vista. Molto indicata per famiglie con bambini. Insomma lo consiglio vivamente!!!
