Everything looks brand new. Randy the host is absolutely wonderful to work with. They have an on-site manager who is a fantastic person. It's so nice to know that Chris is here looking after things around the property. It is so close to a great places to eat. Just a short walk to multiple eateries and live music. And across from a great park with a beach access. Everything is so clean. I would definitely stay here again. I am planning to come back for a two-week stay in November 2023. Frankly I wouldn't stay anywhere else. For the money this place is a bargain." ★

✔ Quiet Hours & Noise Monitoring: Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. To maintain a peaceful environment, smart home technology monitors decibel levels (55 dBA daytime, 50 dBA nighttime). This system does not record conversations and complies with privacy regulations. Guests will be notified if excessive noise is detected.
✔ Designated Parking: One Spot per Reservation (Request Additional Parking if Needed)
✔ Smart Lock Entry: Code Sent 24 Hours Before Check-In
✔ Security Cameras: 5 cameras are placed around the exterior (parking area, walkways, and communal outdoor area). They do not record sound and are not actively monitored 24/7.
